Chilli Beef Burger
With Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste
1) In a large bowl, mix minced beef, flour, egg, chopped onions, and Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste.
2) Heat up pan with oil. Mould the mixture using a sauce bowl to create your burger patty.
3) Place the moulded burger patty onto the frying pan and fry it in medium heat. Flip every minute. Remove from pan after 3-4 flips depending on preference.
4) Finally, assemble you burger!
