Stir-fry Chilli Baby Octopus

With Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste

Ingredients

  • 250 g Baby Octopus
  • 200 g Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 50 g Spring Onions
  • 50 g Red Onions
  • 2-5 tsp Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste

Method

1) Heat the oil in a wok.

2) Add baby octopus & stir-fry for 2mins.

3) Add the bell peppers, spring onions & red onions. Stir-fry for one minute.

4) Finally, add the chilli paste & give it a good stir.
