Satay is a popular barbecued meat on skewers dish in all of South East Asia.
Ingredients

5 tablespoon Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste
5 pcs Boneless Chicken Thighs
5 pinches Salt

Mak Tok's Satay Chilli Paste (as dip)
Directions
Cut chicken thighs into strips.
Marinade chicken with Mak Tok’s Signature Chilli Paste and season with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes or better, overnight!
Skewer the chicken.
BBQ until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Dip and enjoy with Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste.
