Ingredients

3 tablespoon Mak Tok's Satay Chilli Paste
200g Flat rice noodles (soaked)
100g Firm tofu
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
2 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Toasted peanuts
300g Mixed stir fry vegetables (cabbage, onions, spring green, beansprout)
8pcs Tofu puffs (quartered)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Oil for stir frying
Directions
Create the Pad Thai sauce by mixing Mak Tok’s Satay Chilli Paste, tamari (soy sauce), sugar, and ketchup. Set aside for 5-10mins.
In a bowl, mash the firm tofu and add turmeric powder. Mix well.
Heat wok and add oil. Gently add the mashed firm tofu and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Drain the rice noodle and add into the wok before pouring in your special Pad Thai sauce made with your Satay Chilli Paste and other ingredients.
Imagine you are in Masterchef and stir fry with style.
Finally, add the mixed stir fry vegetables and toasted peanuts into the wok.
Garnish with some extra toasted peanuts and serve with a wedge of lime

BONUS TIP:Add a dash of fish sauce/soy sauce for that extra authentic Pad Thai flavour!
