Product Story
Penang, a multicultural society, famous for its unique blend of flavours and spices. One dish in particular that inspired us is Lor Mee. The dish consists of yellow noodles in a starchy gravy made with eggs, cornstarch, and spices. If you get to visit Penang then be sure to try the amazing dish from one of the many amazing Lor Mee stands you will find on many of the streets. Traditionally the dish has always got to be accompanied by a drizzle of hot sauce to add that extra flavour.
Our hot sauce originated from the sauce my family used to accompany this dish. My family would be sure to carry this in little jars to the street food stand to add to the Lor Mee.
