Mak Tok’s Aglio e Olio
This is Mak Tok's take on an Italian dish - Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. It's savoury, garlicky, and yes - spicy so if you are a fan of spicy pasta, TRY THIS!
Mak Tok's Aglio e Olio
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tablespoon Mak Tok's Fire Chilli Paste
100g King prawns
100g Smoked lardons
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
5g of chopped parsley
Cook spaghetti in boiling water as per package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic on low heat until light brown.
Add smoked lardon and Mak Tok’s Fire Chilli Paste, cooked spaghetti, and king prawns. Mix all the ingredients well and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with some parsley before serving.
Top tip: Add a dash of fish sauce for that extra bit of yumminess.
