Crispy on the outside tofu coated with a sticky sweet chilli sauce, this easy and flavourful tofu dish will make you fall in love with this popular plant-based high protein ingredient all over again.
Heat up some oil in a frying pan. Pan fry the tofu until all sides are crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
On low heat, add Mak Tok’s Sweet Chilli Paste to the same pan, water, and some salt. Mix the chilli paste well before adding the tofu and leeks. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Garnish with some sesame seeds before serving.
