Ingredients

1 tablespoon Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste
1/2 Baguette Loaf
1/4 Chicken (minced)
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
3 Eggs (lightly beaten)
1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)
Vegetable Oil
Pepper

Mak Tok's Hot Chilli Sauce (as a condiment)
Directions
Marinate the chicken with Mak Tok's Signature Chilli Paste, then season with salt and pepper. Mix the chicken, eggs, onion, and pepper together in a bowl.
Heat up the vegetable oil in a pan. Pour all of the mixture into the pan and place one half of the baguette on top.
Press on the baguette bread with a spatula and grill for 2-3 minutes. Turn over the bread, making sure that it is slightly crispy.
Remove from the pan and cut the bread into sections. Add Mak Tok's Hot Chilli Sauce before cutting the sandwich and serve.
