Ingredients
140g Chinese cabbage (shredded or chopped)
30g carrots (julienned)
5g red chillies (sliced)
5g Spring onion (sliced)
50g smoked duck breast (sliced or diced)
20g salted peanuts
5g fried shallots

1 tablespoon Mango Chilli Sauce

1 tablespoon Garlic Chilli Sauce
-
1/2 tablespoon BBQ Chilli Sauce

1/2 tablespoon Hot Chilli Sauce

1/2 tablespoon Sweet Soy Saue
Dressing
Directions
Assemble the Chinese cabbage, carrots, smoked duck breast, chillies and spring onions on a plate.
Sprinkle peanuts and fried shallots to the salad.
Make the salad dressing by mixing the Mango, Garlic, BBQ and Hot Chilli Sauce together along with Sweet Soy Sauce.
Pour the dressing onto the salad. Toss well and enjoy.
